  • How do I mark a QR code?

    1. Open your laser marking machine first and then click RodinCAD icon running software Click Draw＞Text, then release on the board
    2. In the left side panel choose Barcode Font ＞ QR-Code, then type marking contents text field, click Application to confirm
    3. Click Edit at Toolbar to get marking design required such as Filling or put in the center.
    4. Click RedF1 or F1 key to check the marking position by red light, adjusting to suitable position, then click ESC quit and click Mark(F2) or F2 key to start marking.

  • What's the difference between UV Laser vs Fiber Laser Engraver?

  • What's the difference between MHFC & MHFL handheld fiber laser marker?

    The lithium battery on the MHFL series machine takes 60 to 90 minutes to charge and can continue marking for 3 to 4 hours after being fully charged. As the battery is depleted, the continuous marking time will decrease.

  • How about the spare parts, the after-sales service, and maintainence?

    1. We will supply some easy-broken spare parts to distributor and dealer with ordered machine.
    2. We have stock of key parts like laser source, galvanometer, etc. If machine goes wrong, no need repair and just change it. But please take a picture of broken parts with code number showing on machine, send to us by E-mail for the record.
    3. For special and urgent case, we will send parts by express and cost for us.
